A house can go through dozens of projects, but its records are usually scattered across inboxes, filing cabinets, contractors, and insurance files. Homesrolo gives the homeowner one organized history to keep.
The name borrows the simple idea behind a Rolodex: one dependable place to remember the people and details that matter. The product is the Home Record—the projects, service, products, photos, files, and decisions connected to one home.
The homeowner controls the private file. Educational guides are kept separate from private home records.
Every part of the home belongs
A home is more than a roof. Heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical work, interiors, appliances, drainage, paint, landscaping, pest care, pools, and new construction all create decisions worth remembering.
The same record can hold work that is being considered, work happening now, and projects completed years ago. Roofing has the deepest guide library today, but it is one part of the home.
The homeowner stays in control
Creating a home or project does not publish the address, hire a contractor, or send the record to somebody else. The account begins as the homeowner’s own workspace.
Public homeowner guides stay separate from private home records. Homesrolo does not sell a homeowner’s project as a lead or choose which professional should get the work.
