Open one private file for the home
The homeowner starts with a familiar home name and general area. Optional details can stay unknown instead of being guessed.
Record work from any point in its life
Add something being considered, work happening now, or a project completed years ago. Roofing, interiors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior work, appliances, landscaping, pest care, pools, and new construction share one history.
Repeat useful photos over time
Save a JPEG or PNG with an area, a repeatable view name, and the day it was observed. Homesrolo can place the latest two photos together; it does not diagnose what changed.
Use the same view for a ceiling mark, exterior wall, mechanical equipment, crawlspace, roofline, or any other place that is worth checking again.
Keep decisions with the project
A private project can record what each written proposal includes, excludes, leaves as an allowance, or does not state. Roofing keeps its detailed roof-system rows; other work uses neutral scope, materials, schedule, warranty, payment, change-order, and exclusion rows. Homesrolo does not rank a contractor, score a price, or tell a homeowner what a project should cost.
The project title, category, timing, status, homeowner notes, and private files keep the basic story attached to the home.
What you can keep in Homesrolo
A passwordless account gives each home its own workspace. Record projects that are planned, underway, completed, or remembered from a previous year across every major part of the property.
Photo checkups save a dated JPEG or PNG by area and repeatable view, then place the newest two observations together. Any project can keep homeowner-entered notes about what written proposals include or leave out, and the private Library holds PDF, JPEG, and PNG files. Homesrolo does not diagnose a photo, score a price, or choose a contractor.
Rolo, the private organizer inside the app, can find what is already saved and prepare one draft record for review. Nothing is saved, shared, or sent until the homeowner approves it, and Rolo never hires, contacts, or buys anything. A Home admin can invite a spouse, partner, or trusted adult to the same home as a member or read-only viewer, and can invite one company to one project with only the files selected for it.
Creating a home or project does not hire a professional, send a lead, publish the address, or give another person access. It is the homeowner’s record first.
