Shutoff locations, water-heater model and installation date, softener or filter details, past leaks, repair locations, plumber, and any material or pressure information supplied.
Safety line: Active flooding, sewage, a leaking gas-fired appliance, scalding risk, or water near energized equipment is not a casual do-it-yourself inspection.
